The Lake
The lake is spring fed closed water which has depths of from 4m and an average of 2m which doesn’t lose much depth even in the hight of summer
Exclusive use
A maximum of up to 4 anglers have the exclusive use of the 6-acre carp lake for the duration of the stay
There are 4 swims the main swim being 20 yards from the Gite with space for two anglers and bivvies can be used on all swims.

Stocked for you
The lake is an unknown quantity as up to 2019 it had not been fished as a business for 15 years, when it was a stock Lake for a Fisheries Farm
The existing stock is still unknown but we believe it to be in the region of 100-150 Carp with weights up to 40lb+.
To this we have added over 150 hand picked Carp from 22lb to 30lb with a few smaller perfect scaly’s.
As well as the Carp there are Tench, Pike, Black Bass and Zander.

Safety
For your safety there are Life Buoys placed around the Lake. It is requested that children under the age of 12 years are always in the company of an adult at the lake edge.
